MARK YOUR LARGE, LONG AND HEAVY WORKPIECES WITH EASE BY A LASERATOR LARGY-XXL ON-THE-FLOOR FIBER LASER MARKING MACHINE

A Laserator LARGY-XXL on-the-floor fiber laser marking machine is operated on the floor. It has an 80cm long Z axis on which a specifically designed scan head is moved up and down vertically based on the programs created. This fiber laser is a CLASS-I laser marking machine. It does not mark if the front door is not completely closed. Instead of a 2D scan head, a 3D scan head designed by our engineers can be integrated into a LARGY-XXL. A Laserator LARGY-XXL fiber laser marking & engraving machine is powered up with our "smt-series Laserator 20, 30, 50, 60, 70, 90, 100 & 120W fiber laser marking engines". Keep in mind that higher the power, faster the marking process. This on-the-floor fiber laser has an industrial computer, resistant to harsh working environments. The optional remote control is also helpful when you want to work at side doors, wearing our optional safety glasses. The length of the Z-axis can be automatically adjusted for marking up to 60cm high workpieces. On the other hand, a LARGY-XXL can be equipped with a rotary axis and an X/Y axis depending on the needs of different sectors. In brief, this on-the-floor fiber laser marking system is used to mark easy-to-carry and light-weight workpieces on the spot. When needed, a LARGY-XXL can be easily integrated into any automation line. This model in our range is suitable for any automation-line laser marking procedures in terms of our laserator hardware and software. But it is also suitable for mold laser processing since its large work table and large side doors enabling us to load heavy, large and long workpieces.
