On The Floor Laser Marking Machines can be used as a mobile unit on the factory floor with its Z automation, one of 2D and 3D laser marking galvo scan heads, an industrial computer and one of our smt-series OEM laser engines.

Laserator Class-1 On-The-Floor Marking Machines are laser marking workstations that can be fully mobilized on a factory floor or in a workshop by means of 4 castor wheels, which can be taken to each different work piece processing area, and protect operators in terms of job safety at Class-I level. Thanks to the programmable Z and optional R axes, these machines enable the marking of a wide range of parts at the same quality every time. Programmable axes can be defined in each program created in the Laserator Marking Software. Our software and control cards that we use in our Fiber Laser Marking Machines offer the driving of 2 different axes, working area background camera tracking feature, on-the fly marking capability, and the split marking capability as standard features.
